Create meaningful careers for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who possess skills and desire yet need the training and support to get started in corporate, Federal and state arenas; And, change the focus of organizations from simply accommodating disabilities to enabling innovative abilities.

Per the U.S. Census Bureau, over 56.7 million people in the United States have a disability. Approximately 59% of individuals with disabilities are unemployed. A significant portion of individuals with disabilities are underemployed with median monthly earnings roughly half of those with no disability. Many employed individuals with disabilities are working jobs significantly below their education and/or skill level.
